Google's published GA4 cookie information identifies _ga and _ga_<container-id> as its standard website Analytics cookies.
Google Tag Manager is used only to control the loading of the Analytics tag. Under our consent configuration, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not permitted to load or transmit measurement information until Analytics consent has been given.
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and to improve its content, navigation and performance.
ViPower configures Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement only. We do not use the information for personalised advertising, remarketing, cross-site profiling or automated decisions about visitors. Google Signals, advertising personalisation, User-ID, user-provided data collection and Google Ads linking are disabled.
Google states that for visitors in the United Kingdom, Google Analytics uses the Internet Protocol address temporarily to derive coarse geographic information and does not log or store the individual Internet Protocol address.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and related Google entities. Further information is available in Google's published privacy materials.
6. Managing your cookie choices
When you first visit the website, you can:
- Reject Analytics
- Accept Analytics
- Open Manage Preferences and make an individual choice
Analytics remains off unless you actively accept it.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through , available in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection. It does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn.
When Analytics consent is withdrawn, the website will attempt to remove existing first-party _ga and _ga_… cookies and prevent further Analytics tags from loading.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking Analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the website.
7. Who we share information with
Where necessary, personal information may be processed by:

We do not sell website visitor or enquiry information and do not provide it to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
8. International processing and transfers
Some service providers, including Google, may process information in countries outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required. Depending on the destination and provider, this may include:

9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
- Cookie preference record: six months
- Google Analytics user-level and event-level data: 14 months
- Google Analytics cookies: up to two years unless removed sooner through withdrawal, browser settings or expiry
- Routine website access and security logs: normally no more than 30 days
- General enquiries: normally no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact
- Contractual or customer correspondence: according to the applicable customer, contractual, accounting and legal-retention requirements
Aggregated Analytics reports that no longer identify an individual may be retained for longer.
Information may also be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal claims, investigate fraud or security incidents, or resolve an ongoing dispute. Google Analytics standard properties allow user-level and event-level retention settings of up to 14 months.

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis being used, you may have the right to:

13. Children's privacy
This corporate website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children.
